Why is the first post limited to only 10000 characters?
I share there many valuable info for DIYers, many links for faster navigation in the thread and now after editing it with new infos only the warning appeared

It's always been that way, actually.
If you can give a good reason for needing more, let me know. I'd be happy to adjust it if it is not an extreme edge-case.

Is this good reason? 🙂

To me that post is overly long. It would look better in 2 posts. Long columns of text work OK in magazines, on web pages they make my eye glaze over.
You have done a good job breaking it up and formatting it. There has been much worse. 🙂

First up - great post and project! It makes me want to build one 🙂
I feel that this post would be better as an article (please note - we do not yet have article functionality, it will be coming).
I think 10k is probably a good limit for a normal post, but for these kinds of reference documents which would have previously existed perhaps in the wiki, it's not really enough. In XF this setting is global, not per usergroup. I'll discuss it with the mods.
