handmaking small horn, just for outlook harmonious, no too much funcitons, hard work time needed.

Sure, you are right, this is really big challenge for me, even I got engineering bachelor degree in university, but later transfer to business with MBA study study. It is big big big challenge for a business guy to make the speaker.

I think you should get a proper mic stand, or at least try to avoid a very early reflection from the chair.

Indeed! Pillows, thick blankets, etc., to cover any furniture. If available in your locale, furniture, appliance, etc., movers blankets.

It would also be an idea to measure at your exact listening position. At least the height of the mic above the floor does not look correct to me.

An other thing to consider is to have the tweeter on the same vertical axis as the other drivers, like this:
