Absolutely, can provide some thoughts. It might be a little while though as I’m going to redo the exterior first. When I originally built the Elsinores I couldn’t find anything equivalent to the R3.5 available in Oz, so used some polyester stuffing from a mattress store which seemed similar.
 
After spending more than like 100 hours just building and finishing them, here's the final product.. : )

Yes the crossovers are all wired up. And I checked the weight - close to 45kgs per speaker.

Regarding the sound, it REALLY is a pleasure to listen to these speakers. Sounds very natural and open with good details. I especially like the kick drum sound and the finger plucking sound of the guitars - they sound very real.

Overall really happy I built these and it's been a great project. Will also do some measurements with REW when I got time and post them here to check if they are indeed working as supposed to be.

I did some measurements with REW. These are taken at the listening position with both speakers running. Green is without the subwoofer and purple is with the sub running (crossed at 37hz and adding the sub makes music much more enjoyable). Graphs are with 1/6 smoothing applied.

Do they look alright? what are those dips around 90 and 200hz? Also the spike around 160hz or so? Let me know if you need more graphs/different kinds if these alone makes no sense?

They are room modes. I get a trough just under 300Hz and 90Hz, and peaks at130Hz and 45 Hz. I use pink noise through both speakers and 1/6th Octave RTA, not mono pink noise, you effectively have one pink noise generator per channel (con-coincident). Then the microphone is placed at the central listening position. Other speakers give me similar results in the same position. We all live with this, but experimenting with speaker placement is always worth a try. I would go by listening as much as by measurement.

What are the dimensions of your room? Also, do you have any acoustic treatment? You can get a smoother response from say 400hz and up if you add some treatment. Below that you have to play with your subwoofer placement

The advantage of having one or two subs is that they can cancel out some of the peaks and nulls that the speakers create.

Try moving your speakers to get the best response and subjective performance for the mid to upper range like how Joe mentioned. Then move your sub to get the best low-frequency response. If you add a second sub, things will get even smoother in the low frequencies.

Also in the graph above, that frequency drop after 10k - is that normal?

Try to measure with one speaker at a time. With two speakers running you'd have to have the exact same distance between both speakers and the mic to avoid a drop above 10k. It would then look like a single peak on the IR tab.
When measuring one speaker at a time you should not get that big of a drop unless the speaker is very close to a near object.

I am making speaker stands for Elsinors
I can not find Posts regarding how high the spekers schoud be elevated from floor. I think you mention someware something around 10 - 15cm?
I tested yesterdey speakers elevated for 25cm from the floor, and I noticed very positive improvements.
