Maybe there are out there better sounding amps than this MF A1001, but this one is really GOOD. It uses 4 pairs of output transistors each channel marked MAG1832 and MAG2013 ,for me it is an unknown transistor, but if we look with attencion to the numbers 1832 ,it is change the position it is 3281, the same with MAG2013 ,changing the position of the numbers it is 1302 , so 2SC3281 and 2SA1302 !

Probably the buz90x lateral mosfets are the drivers for the output stage. The logo on the output devices is from Magnatec, well know for its lateral mosfet's. I have no idea wheither they also made BJT's.

However I don't see a bias spreader either, so I pressume that both drivers and output stage are lateral mosfet's.

Which amps you used to compare this amplifier with?

Yes, this transistors MAG1832 and MAG2013 are bipolar for sure,i was measering them today, and this amp uses 5 Pairs of them per channel, and the BUZ901P and BUZ906P are the drivers, and i am sure they are exactly the very well known 2SA1302 and 2SC3281.
