Try the all of the usual stuff, clear the cache, restart, incognito browsing, etc.

On windows, you can use the ping command in cmd.exe to see if a connection is blocked. When not, it's a browser issue. When it is blocked, find out the reason why.
The cmd.exe pinger has limitations, the better solution is to use a better (but no longer free) product https://www.pingplotter.com
Due to cyber attacks, blocking is increasingly applied and my recent case was a blocked email server.
Of course the TOR browser easily finds a way to connect but can be time consuming.
If you are on windows try to open a command prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns
This will clear any cached dns entries on your machine and force a fresh dns lookup. If this still doesn’t work, there may be a problem with your service providers dns system. Try using a google or Microsoft one or one from a different isp.
