Well - we can't be sure about his guitar collection. What we see is his quitar-case collection actually ! 😉

Charles
P.S.: Nice build quality !

Dual version Xover prototypes
You should spread out those inductors and rotate them such that their main axes are perpendicular to each other.
Cats, amps and Guitar collections are another story 😉
The crossover is set-up.
We made with friends (audiophile, non-audiophile, musicians) several listening tests, during which :
- We slightly readjusted the level of the midrange + tweeter vs. the woofer level.
- We lowered the LPF section frequency from 500Hz to 400Hz in order to "fully place the voices in the midrange speaker" (as said by our musician friend).
When tested, the classic 12dB Xover is very far from rivalling that 6-12 S-P Xover in term of listening results (image, coherency of the tones, dynamic impulse), moreover offering simplicity (2X less LC components).
Why hassle furthermore ? The formula meets plentyfully the expectations...
End of the story - Merci, au revoir.
A+!
