No it is not...different artist... and by your own 'rules' - some time ago - when the theme is not specified for artist, lyrics. or title then "anything connected to it is fair game"

Covers were always counted as the same song and not eligible if the original was already listed hence earlier when I posted Catch A Fire by That Petrol Emotion I pointed out that it is a different song than the identically named and better known Wailers tune.
