11 - Positively 4th Street - Unknown southern band. In 1968 I was in New Orleans in the French Quarter with my Creole girlfriend, listening to a band whose name I never found out (2 guys and 2 girls). When they finished, my fists were so tightly gripped that my hands were white, my teeth were painfully clenched, and I was ready to punch someone out! Best version of the song ever!

That reminds of when I saw the Bad Brains live in Berlin around '85-'56. They had a Dutch 3 piece support band which played hardcore instrumental using a fretless bass and 12 string guitar. They were awesome but I don't think they ever released anything, at least noting I know about.
