Yes, I think so 😉. But this one excludes possible participiants who don't know where a hit was a one hit wonder and where it wasn't.
An example: In 1969 French singer Michel Polnareff had a worldwide (most probably) hit with his La poupée qui fait non. At least in Germany this was his only one, so we see him as a one hit wonder. Whereas in France and other French speaking countries he was a big selling star.
