IMO the only thing better about the original version is the complete lyrics.
That's no small thing! I like both.
I always thought "deuce" referred to a car... deuce coupe, or maybe, though unlikely, deuce-and-a-quarter.

"Duce" means two...... it's slang for a motorcycle.
In the context of the song, he was "decked out" with all the spit and polish/bling that a bike (duce) would have . 🙂
