Well, my entry doesn't contain any references to royalty, but it's based on the novel by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, "The Little Prince". Is that out of the box or not acceptable?

This song makes several references to The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. In the novel, the main character lives on an asteroid, and spends his days pulling out the Baobab trees that are constantly sprouting there. The baobab trees will make the planet turn to dust if he doesn't remove them. Spektor often draws inspiration from literature.

You do read some weird stuff!

And I thought Regina was the name of the Reigning Queen. So acceptable. As in E:R, Elizabeth Regina which you see on Post Boxes.

Just because "Regina" is from a Latin word that means "Queen". 😉

It seems weird perhaps because it is 80 years old and it is as a novel for so-called Children's Literature.
IMO It has been read by (hundred of) millions of adults (me included), much more than by kids. 😀
