testing using HEXFET for exhaust fan

I'm new to HEXFET. please teach me some if you know.
I'm using IRF1404 for the exhaust fan of my amp, the cooling fan is kind of noisy so i design a very easy diagram for HEXFET to speed control the fan. Can HEXFET connect together for more and same HEXFET(I want for other thing). correct me or teach me...
