Testing and setting bias on Zv9

Hi,
I am finishing up my first(non kit) and long over due diy project. I want to make sure everything is all set but am not 100% sure of what and where to test. Also could someone direct me to instructions on setting the bias?

The bias self-sets. All you need to do is adjust the pot so that the DC
presented to the output capacitor is the value called out in the article.

So I just need to adjust the pot so the voltage on the drain of Q2 is 1/2 ofthe drain of Q3.
