That's something which is cheesing me off here- our politicians are trying to throw lots of tax dollars into that boondoggle. When our congresschimp came to visit, he gave a glowing speech on the wonders of non-polluting hydrogen power. During the Q&A, I asked him if he knew what the Second Law of Thermodynamics was. Needless to say, I was not allowed to ask a follow-up question.

I guess we got too many people who would easily fall into those traps.
I guess that's why those 2nd-rate con-artists can still make a good living selling easy lies.

"The single-decker buses use fuel cell technology to power an electrical engine and can run for 125 miles before refuelling. The liquid hydrogen is delivered to a fuelling site where it is dispensed as a gas into pressurised cylinders. These cylinders are placed on top of the bus with the fuel-cell system and coolers."
Londoners can catch a Hydrogen Bus on the number 25 route which travels from Oxford Circus to Ilford, east London

It is not off base to say that hydrogen-based fuel cell systems have very high environmental costs, in terms of the its efficiency and materials used.

I don´t say europe is good and US is bad. But definitely the US is a) headed wrong, and b) going very fast in that wrong direction. Links to proof i posted in the other thread in this forum.
global leadership does not proof direction is right, is no justification for doing crime, and in the way it was gained nothing to be poud of. If i own some thousand millions of dollars, and i´m very proud of, and tell: me is right - you are wrong, proof: my millions, this is simply sin and lie if the money was stolen, robbed, made by modern slavery and imperialism, and did costs tenthousands peoples live. I´m a criminal and nothing worth to be called global leader then. I don´t say european countries are headed right, in this picture they only are less professional criminals.
We all are headed wrong, and the USA is the one who goes most strictly, blind, bare of moral and reflection, in that wrong direction.
US citicens should not be proud and confident with that situation, they should think and do something to safe your country and the rest of the world.
A main point why the US rules the economical world is the value of dollar. This value is not caused like in other countries by the value of industrie and work done, but by the value of global ressources of all countries selling ressources on the world market. As the ressources are bought in dollar value, and US starts a war against every country selling oil for Euro or anything but dollar, the oil (and any ressource else also) is the value that safes the dollars value. You can print as much dollars as you want, the dollar value will not fall like in other economies. Such you can put the ridiculous amounts of dollars printed in military industrie to safe your military power over the world. Also you make a oversized huge non needed, artifical feed economie, based on this military (and spacecraft, whatever is connected to) industrie. This industruie buys every company in the world that may be a competitor ( for example the whole military industrie of germany is owned by the US, guess why.) In fact your leadership in economie is based on a war like, agressive and miltary power based stragtegie, but not on better quality of education, work, or competetive products. Germany for example is not really an economical competitor, as the cash making and key industries are propertie of obscure US companies (this was also case during Hitler regime, Ford build the trucks for Wehrmacht etc., the US started doing war aginst Hitler that late because US industries had economical interests in the weapon production of industrie), but here is done a lot of the world leading engineers development work.
Lot of development for Nasa or Texas instruments is done here. Money is made in the US.
Please don´t start this ridicolus primitive "you hate amerika, you are communist, islamist or terrorist (some amerikans seem not to know the difference between, they use this words simpliy as a substitue for some four letter words), I was in your copuntrie, im meet nice people there, the countrie is lovely, i would like to lead a live alternating my home every few month between new world and old world, but i need to say the US is political misleaded, as are we, but the consequences caused by US policy is much much worse for all of us.

not only in iraq but also in afghanistan, were the only visible purpose of the war was to build a pipeline. And not onmly those few thousands killed during those both wars, but some 100 000 up to some millions will be killed by cancer because of the 300 tons of uranium the US army used as ammunation in these wars.
