The one issue to be aware of is that the WIMA's will effectively block (or make tricky) access to the screw holes which attach the pass transistors and LM137 to a heat sink. The pass transistors are going to dissipate 3 watts or so -- thus they need to be heat sinked.

Good point. I would probably attach them to the bottom of the board, or my usual sawed-off-Allen-key approach. Are you going to make up some boards? 🙂
