TELEX MagnaByte Projection Panel Imaging System, Model 5040

I just bought a TELEX MagnaByte Projection Panel Imaging System, Model 5040... now does anyone here know if it's B/W or Color? Is it Mac or PC?
Basically, is it any good or did I just got screwed for 44$US ???

Of course, I'd be using that with a OHP...

I have a Telex MagnaByte M3X that is 640 by 480 that I am using until I build my own. It is 16.7 million colors and works well on my OHP.

Here is yet another person with a Magnabyte 5040. It seems to be working properly, but my Windows XP will not recognize it without the proper driver installed. When I follow the obtain from internet prompt, it finds something but the installation is halted by Windows security. Therefor I am stuck unless I can find a way to override this. Any suggestions? Thanks.
