I started another project today, a smaller version of the BIG class D amp, the modulator will use a NE555 based triangular wave oscillator posted in another thread.

The output module: http://i.imgur.com/aW3V5jx.png

Output devices are two IRFP150 pulled from an old UPS and gate drive is a FAN7392.

For the output module board im testing out this iTead PCB prototyping service.

If this works out, i might think of selling the excess boards as i will get 10pcs.

As they are just straight power module boards, u could do anything u want for the frontend, clocked, delta sigma, UcD, Hysteresis. They do include the level shifting transistors, but if you wish to use other means of level shifting, just bridge them with jumpers.

I will know in about 4-5 weeks wethever the boards even work at all and what undiscovered errors i made.
