I'd say that's a no. Not easily, anyway.
By the looks of it, AN7062 is a bootstrapped cascode LTP with a follower output for a single-ended PNP VAS. Your folded cascode job could be adapted for a single-ended NPN VAS but compensation would have to be taken care of. For a PNP VAS you'd have to do a complete polarity flip (with pnp <-> npn).
Also note a drafting mistake - I'd think T5 emitter and T6 base should be connected.
