I just noticed that the X-tal oscillator has some brown leakage ? around the base at the PCB
not sure if there is something inside like an electrolytic that could leak out ?
the unit functions correctly but if something is on the way out then I would like to change it out ....but when I search for the part ... TSS 616-1K
nothing comes up wonder if there is a replacement available ?

A crystal can has no "goop" inside.
It is probably glue used to secure that fairly large part against shipping vibration.
