Is the only difference between these turntables the fact that the SL6 has track programming? Apart from this, are they identical? I am interested in one of these and am happy for forego the extra complexity of the SL6 if the performance of the SL5 is similar.
From what i can tell they have almost identical specs other than the tracking weight for the 6 is half a gramme lighter . Rumble , flutter etc all look the same so yeah i 'd go for the 5 based on the KIS principle .
