Make sure that THE Gear, the one in your pictures hasn't lost any Teeth.
If it's OK, then it has to be an alignment problem. Check and re-check the alignment timing.

No alignment procedures but the Exploded View may help.
Difficult to explain how to align something when it's not in front of you.

I have the service manual ,but I can not find some thing can help me . I understand that it's difficul to explain here. Thank you!
Before you do anything, make sure all the gears are good with no broken teeth.
Take the drawer out again. Press the open/close button to make sure the mechanism is going full travel open. Once the drawerless mechanism is full open, you can push the drawer back in. However that big black gear needs to stay stationary otherwise the drawer will be in the wrong place. You may have to hold it. One tooth either too far or too little will keep the drawer and laser from not functioning properly. It may take several tries, and a lot of patience.

For the record:
The big black cog wheel have an area where there is only 1 tooth and that needs to be around 3 o'clock or just a tad later. Then insert cdtray. If any reisitance is felt as the cdtray reaches it's final closed position, take it out again and redo.
Should solve the problem.
Cheers,
Redfox.
