Teac CD problem

Hi guys
I try to solve a problem with my Teac CD player
There is some noise in the sound (permanent, no change, comes from speakers) I tried to record - Video
In addition, the spindle motor is not always able to start. Sometimes I have to help him with hand to start rotate
I replaced several capacitors who were with high ESR

Any assumptions will be evaluated.

But my money is on the Spindle Motor.
If the noise has gradually developed and is getting worse, it may well be the spindle motor.

Noises which repeat at a regular rate can be caused by worn bearings, necessitating replacement of the spindle motor.

A loose spindle is another possible cause.

If the cause is not mechanical then adjustment of laser focus and tracking would be next on the list of of possible cures.
