I've searched existing threads, but no luck. Where's a handy source for a replacement volume control for this TEAC Reel to Reel. It's a 100Kohm double "shaft within a shaft" type.
Your best bet will be finding someone parting a deck out on ebay . I have a teac 3340s and deoxit worked wonders on the pots for me. You could try audiokarma in the tape forum. They have a bunch of tape heads and I would bet one of those guys has a few laying around.
