Currently 28 pairs of IXTH20N50D have been sold. I can only take orders for another 4 pairs because of the 30 pair minimum digikey purchase. (I have another dozen on hand) I would PM to confirm you want them first, or pay, and I will refund if we go over.
If your on the fence, go for the 6N50D2's which I can order as single units.
