Hi rah and rfbrw...
I tryed to simulate the rah last c ircuit with I2S generator (SIMetrix demo software) and it seems good : inverts the MSB...but with a little
delay...I try to recklock the signal after that to avoid the mistake...
but version of software did not accept that numerous components...
I didn't check the clock polarity edge for the simultaneous LR mode have to be inverted clock and data in offset binary form ? (take the look at the previous pictues I posted...)

Anyway I have PSpice 9.1 and I will try to make inprovements...
but I have the problem to establish the digi-stim signals for the I2S
does it have to be amplify or what...

I made such a circuit in single SN74LS14 + four 74F08 + single 74F00. Unlike the circuit (http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/digital-source/25608-tda_1541a-input-formats-2.html#post299718) my is working. 🙂
