Sorry to hear about your caps. I assume you mean your 10000uF/100V caps.
Your TDA8954TH board seems to be OK because it seems to work with your SMPS supply. What happened when you tried to make your own power supply I cannot say.

I do not know that discrete board. It looks fine. In general it is not easier to make a discrete design work than a board based on an integrated circuit. If the discrete design starts oscillating, real problems are ahead.

Yep, it is the 10000µ.

It's totally incomprehensible , because I tested the caps before the first start, and I meseared 11000µ, and the "resistor value" beetwen "+" and "-" is OK (no shorcut for example, and the value increase from 0 to infinite).

So, my goal is to build a good amplifier for my office, I'm want a good power (100 to 120 arround), and a good sound quality, for a low price..

I don't know if the TDA is a good choice in fact, because for example, when I see the finesse of each tracks on the outputs on this board, I can't stop to tell me that it is not possible to obtain more than 40-50W...

I have some LME49811 on my side, some LM4702 too... Maybe I can make something with this !

Yep !
So I used the amp on my ES90 speakers, and.. Very punchy, big power, but I'm not impressive by the quality of the sound. This amp need a preamp for adjust treble, because the trebles are too high compared to the bass and medium.

I think that I will disasesemble my old ONKYO SR606 for using the transfomer, power stage, and some other components for create an AB amplifier.

I will create an other topic in the good section 🙂
