Hi, this may sound like a really noob question (which i am) but I cannot figure out how to connect a bluetooth device with the TDA7492P bluetooth amp.
The amp would power up and then immediately go to auxiliary input mode (or line-in). Using an auxiliary cable with ipad or any phone works just fine and sound quality is actually quite decent. However, when i turn on the bluetooth on my phone or ipad there's no BT device to be found and the line-in led just keeps blinking.
Here's the most strange part. After i tried to fiddle with the amp while it rested on my palm and the power connected, the BT led suddenly started flashing. Now i could connect with it via bluetooth and everything worked just fine, ok sound quality with no hissing or popping.
Rebooted the amp and again the same problem. Put my thumb under the amp near the auxiliary input jack and after some rubbing the line-in mode switched to BT out of nowhere! The same thing keeps happening again and again and there's no telling how or when exactly the BT would turn on. 😕
After scouring the web for a week I have finally landed here. Any help will be highly appreciated.

What JL Chipset is the BT? There seem to be something wrong with one pullup on a config-pin/GPIO.
Maybe there is a physical issue with the 3.5mm conector, you could try removing it to see if it resolves the issue
contacted the seller. apparently, he had no idea.
It's printed on the chip.
