TDA7057aq replace with a proper one

Need some help...

1. - I have a tda7057aq ic amplifire. And now, only one output is working. Where should i start to check it.

2.- i like to replace the ic with a high quality one. But can i replace this ic with good tda ic (like 1552 or....) or, should i built a new one?

TDA8944
TDA8510


check this datasheet about required max supply power.
