Can anyone suggest me a good iv stage for tda1545?
I have read d1 iv stage.
But i dont find people use it for 1545 just tda1543.
What kind of adjustment should i make to make it work on tda1545?
Thanks

Hi,
I used in my earlier DAC the D1 with the TDA1545A.
Since both the TDA1545 and the TDA1543 use a single 5V supply you can use it in the same way, just keeping in mind that the output voltage of the Iout pin should stay between the compliance boundaries specified in the datasheet.
Ciao

so i just connect my dac to the d1?
no parts changes or remove in the dac?
I think the DAC connection to D1 needs to be at 5V (or is it 3.3V), I can't remember - it's in the datasheet

how to make it 3.3v?
should i remove the passive i/v reistor too?
Two versions of "Jocko"-style designs come to mind:bakpaosiomay said:Can anyone suggest me a good iv stage for tda1545?

(1) Peufeu's Case 6 and its improved version 8a
(2) rbrorer's I/V.
I've used (2) with good results.
Adjustments:
- the current demands of the 1545 are low enough that one can use an opamp, biased into class-A, for supplying Vdd.
- read the datasheet and follow its advice on Vref. You can also use an opamp here, too.
- bypass everything real well
Personal bias: use a good oversampling digital filter with this DAC 😉 [hint: I ain't a fan of NOS!]
