I'm not seeing much passive filtering there - just several caps to GND on the DAC outputs.
Can't quite understand why so many CM chokes on the secondary side - better economy of copper and core would be achieved by putting those on the primary side. Single inductors would replace CM chokes on the secondaries.

The Rref and I/V resistor values look wrong; that circuit has 390 and 680 respectively. For four TDA1543 in parallel from an 8V supply rail you need Rref between about 250 and 300R and I/V about 250 to 400R. See TDA1543 passive I/V resistors for my understanding of this. Use the wrong values and you get asymmetric peak clipping. The extra 'filter' resistors and caps may be a weak attempt to smooth away the resultant distortion.
