Yeah, Peter, please do a test, plug the plain vanilla A, the S1 and the S2 in a socket and let us know how it sounds.

just in case anybody had anydoubt.. I also redeived my chips from Elib, and bought the S1 version myself from Philips Eindhoven (I hot the last 17 NOS pieces from Philips Eindhoven..).. all sound pretty much alike too me....
