The LE signal controls the update of analog output. The timing variation has direct influence on the analog signal, appearing as amplitude error. Reclocking means this timing variation (jitter) is reduced by synchronizing the LE signal to a clean (low jitter) clock. It can be done by inserting a D-type flip-flop in the LE line.
