BTW: Why don't you adjust the voltage of the DC converter to something lower? Since it can't support the max power anyway, use, let's say, 9-10V.

Yea, I did that and since then it is working fine. I got a new 2.4A Output Powerbank, because that is the only possibility I have and it works like a charm. Thanks for all your help, it was much appreciated! 🙂
