Hi I was looking for some electrolytic caps on EBAY . I bought 8 X 33000 uf . 100 V from capacitor 12. Anybody know something about TCI caps. Do they still make caps. If not when did they shut down production ?

Not sure if it's still interesting, but I have purchased from the same seller the 22000uF/50V about 10 pcs.
Although they are specified to work at 50V, they started to excessively heat at 35V. I suppose they are fakes, and probably the seller is unaware about this, but the size is too good to be true.(30mm diameter and 45mm height).
I suggest to test the working voltage using a variable supply before using them to avoid transforming your working board in a total mess 🙁

Hey did you inverse polarity ? Did you use a vario traformer turning slowly up at start ?
I bought 8 x 33.000 uf and they work well.

Yes, I used correct polarity and a variac, with a 10Ohm resistor in series.
I wrote to the seller, I suppose it's a labeling issue. They can be used at 30V, but not any more; probably it's a problem with the model I have bought.
