TC4424 temperature range

Well I am working on a few Earthquake D2 amplifiers here and they are using a TC4424 to drive the fets in the power supply. I had to order in a few of the TC4424's and I noticed that there are several different part numbers when I go to order them. There is the TC4424CPA, TC4424EPA, and the TC4424VPA. The only difference I see between them is the temperature rating. I mistakenly ordered the C version which is rated for 0 celsius to 70 degrees celsius which converts to roughly 32 degrees fahrenheit and 158 degrees fahrenheit. Living in Michigan the temp is easily going to dip below 32 degrees in the winter . Is this part going to become unstable and fail due to the low temps? I usually order the E version which has a much wider temp range but kind of goofed on it this time. If these parts are going to be a problem I would just as soon get them replaced before it destroys an amp.
