New to the board and I was looking for a fun winter project. I figured that I would start out with a full range speaker since it doesn't require a cross over. This will be a simple 2.1 system for the bedroom.
I like the idea of a single TB-1052SA driver and thought that I would get a few comments on the driver. I tried using WinISD to design a box but I couldn't get everything to line up right. Can I use the program for full range speakers? Is this driver better suited for a sealed or ported enclosure?

FWIW, I used these in a BR design and they sounded very nice. Not as refined in the upper end as I'd hoped, but very good overall. If you look around, there are some plans, if I recall correctly, for a filter and a mechanical modification for these that improves the response and makes them very easy to listen to.
