TAS5630 Noise

Hi,
I bought TAS5630 2.1 Channel Amplifier.
attachment.php

but it has high frequency noise when power supply is connected, after disconnecting main transformer (220v-to-38v AC) from power, sound be without noise.
i add line filter for primary and secondary side of transformer, but had no effect.
i replace rectifier diodes with schottky bridge rectifier, noise decreased but not zero.
now, heard a wind noise, volume of noise is low but not acceptable in one meter of distance. and when Subwoofer play bass, high level noise is heard from speakers.

please help me to remove noise.

excuse me for poor English.

Thanks For answer,
source is phone, PC and etc. source output is clear.
I have two problem:

1. I hear noise in speakers with and without Audio Source, in min and max volume, with same loudness.
When unplug transformer, noise not found. but audio play from stored energy in capacitors. when unplug transformer, just a knock sound played, but music continued.
I test with more than two difference model of transformer and capacitor.
I unplug op-amps, noise not decreased.

2.when speakers is in low volume and subwoofer in high volume, in bass of music, heard noise from speakers.

in idle, with 51V Power supply, amplifier use 0.25 ampere current. and output inductor is warm. is this normal ?

noise heard after a few seconds. when power plugged, red led comes light, no audio in output, after a moment play a "plup" sound, after noise and audio play together.

TAS-5630 SE output inductor in datasheet is 15uH, but in board used 7uH,
i use 12v-to-36v Step-up non-isolated boost converter, noise now decreased too much.

What could be the reason?
1.low inductance of LC filter in output.
2.high supply voltage (50v).
3.Inductor temperature increase after a few minutes of operation. inductor may be saturated.
4.Bad PCB design, and SE configuration noise tolerance is low.

I change one channel of SE with 15uH Inductor, and supply Voltage is 36v. now played about 30 minutes music with low power (totally lower than 50w).
Two SE Channel has same noise, noise is acceptable.
i don't now why when use 50v supply, after a few second, heard bad noise.
