OK. I made an assumption. I thought that you meant that the IRFP064Ns in the power supply were heating up since there was no other FET with a similar part number. Are you using the IRF640N in place of the original output FETs? If so, I don't know if that's a good sub.
Yes, used the irf640n in place of the fqp19n20. I have ordered the originals. Will update when they arrive.
Hi Perry,
how would i check the drive waves on the outputs? using my scope?
the parts should arrive soon.

This is what I'd expect from an amp with a regulated power supply after the target rail voltage has been reached. If you reduce the 12v supply voltage, it will look more like you probably expect.
The output drive signals are likely to be as described for your other amp.

I only see the rail voltages on the gate pads
i was probing below board, i dont see the 100hz sine wave anywhere on it

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
The pin count is different on the board in the following post but it may be good enough to find it of the pattern is the same. If not, you'll have to follow it from the preamp section.
Again with the Dlogixs DLM4500

Ok i found the signal...
get below on the gate pads when the 100hz sine wave is applied

Hi Perry,
the outputs fets arrived, I installed a pair per side,
get below on the scope:
probe 10x
volt/div - 5mv
time - 5ms
gate pad

Do you see a square wave driving the gates of the the IRF7319?
Do you see it on the drains (all legs soldered together)?

Check all of the diodes and transistors on the board to see if any are shorted.
If none are. check for signal on all terminals of Q900-903. Which of those have a square wave?

If pin 12 of the LM319 had signal, at the very least, you should have a square wave on the base of the KTN2222.
All transistors seem ok, no shorts
these are shorted, zener diodes:
