Correct! But as i stated, I think the 4227 is the original Fet given the fact that in the data sheet the wattage rating is 300-500 watts and the 5620 is only rated for 300 watts.
I did that Sir Babin, told you that many threads back that it’s working flawlessly with the original part number, just dropped in and good to go, the website that says the 4227 was a substitute, that’s where I was misled as I purchased that part and it didn’t work.
