All 3r3 resistors test fine off board .
R6,64 test fine off board
D1,D2 also test fine off board I replaced them to be sure

When amp powers up both sides are at 111.2 volts
When amp protects the voltages drops slowly to 0.00 volts on both sides

R37 sees rail voltage along with R36 and R33 reduce voltage to form a voltage divider along with R40. +111.2 rail voltage means your power supply is set at around 13.5V, and that is correct.

The amp will not play audio since it almost instantly protects and there is 30 volts measured directly across speaker terminals

This brazilian amplifiers will not power on without IRS2092 because the PIC dont recognize the output signal and dont start the ps section.
There are plenty of distributors showing stock but, as far as I know, no one has done the hard work to try them. They won't be user friendly but they may have the parts.
