Try this, remove d22 d23 mur1620. Remove Q2 bc817. Put 1k resistor between pin 1 and 14 pic. Power on and work on the drive and output measuring voltage and waves. Do not forget 100hz RCA in.
Thanks for the response. So you are suggesting injecting a 100hz signal then tracing it through the circuit?
Occasionally I do get distorted output at the speaker terminals. If the irs2902 IC's are defective will that put the unit into protect? I am thinking of just replacing them to see if that resolves the issue. I have put a ton of time into this and would like to get it up and running soon.
I typed the wrong PN I meant irs2092 which I am having a hard time finding in stock. Is there a possible substitute? Also if you are referring to the PS FETs they are all functioning correctly. Which mosfets are you referring to? Which areas should I probe?
Very good. ir2092 (pin 1 +5v~ pin 5 +5v~ pin 6 -5v~ reference gnd.) (pin 12 12v~ reference pin 10) (pin 15 15v~ reference pin 13)
I replaced both 2092 chips and the unit still goes into protect. Would you have any other ideas of what to check?
I need to know about these voltages (ir2092 (pin 1 +5v~ pin 5 +5v~ pin 6 -5v~ reference gnd.) (pin 12 12v~ reference pin 10) (pin 15 15v~ reference pin 13)
Hard tofind , is this the one with the irs2092 output driver ?? What fets they drive ???
