D14 diode has shorted due to failed output fets. Need to find some replacements and am not sure what to order. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Someone else may have more complete information but what I have shows 15v, 1/2w. You need to measure them with a dial caliper to confirm that you're ordering the right physical size. The following parameter search may get you close. If there are markings on the diode, you may be able to use those to get a perfect match.

I don't know how familiar you are with repairs or components but the 'datasheets' give very good drawings with the dimensions.
Did they have any markings?

After some measuring the package size seems to be SOD-80. Unfortunately some of the data sheets show ranges in sizes and not one specific size.

Here's what I believe to be a suitable replacement based on the specs you gave and the dimensions in the data sheet: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Diotec-Semiconductor/ZMM15B?qs=OlC7AqGiEDm0dFckwkMG%2Bw==
It looks like it would work. This isn't a critical part.
Before you order, give it a few days. Someone may have a drop-in replacement part number.
