Hello
As I have noticed Transmission Lines are very sensitive to imperfections
So a question arose
Is it ok to angle the bottom floor of the transmission line ? The green line represents 0 degree angle

Actually TLs are quite tolerant, particularily if you go towards bigger.
Your folding is perfectly valid. I probably have almost exactly the same line in my CAD drawings somewhere… the stub at the bottom is a nice touch to get the terminus exiting on the front, as well as increasing the complexity of the bracing.
The driver is going to need to be about a third of the way down on the front/vent face. There is an optimum Zd.

Thanks for the info! I will be building it next week.
I have simulated it, yes, the driver will be 66cm from the vent and the tweeter is going to jammed right in between the driver and top or under the woofer. I have not heard, how it sounds if the tweeter is that low, so I cant decide, yet

Another question the woofer is 66cm from the vent, its the optimal position, can you push it to one or the other side right left or should it be in the center?

Off-center woofer will probably be better.
Smother baffle step and also better for internal resonances.
