taking the phase plug out

i have a damaged tangband w4 1337. the phase plug is lose but i don't know how to take it out. there's a hole in the center of the magnet but poking it has no effect.

any idea how this thing is assembled?

i need to take it out or secure it again!

I would E mail Dave at planet 10. He sells phase plugs and has a pretty good idea on how these work. In place and out of place on the speakers he sells. Jeff
