http://www.prime-electronics.com.au/ are the distributors for Multicore solder in Australia. They are happy to take orders from the public and ship quickly and at a good price. I probably should state that I haven't used them for two years now, though.
Oh, I should add that while Farnell will be able to get you almost anything, you can always find cheaper, usually a lot cheaper. They are convenient and ship quickly, but that is the only good point I've ever found.

I got turret board for a guitar amp build from Watts Tube "turretboards.com" and the board was delivered in a timely fashion in good condition. Quality seemed just fine. Mine was a generic 32 pair board.
