up to 250/300hz it's ok
That’s what i figured when i designed Tysen V2 for biamp with PLLXO (works well), but Aaron put the passive at 450Hz, but they are small woofers.

Nice to see you didn't drop the idea Fluid.
Can't wait to see what will come next.
Dave,
Your Tysen v2 are very interesting loudspeaker in my view. I often look at it as inspiration, i already told it but it decided me to try force cancelation.
At the moment it's the fullrange cabinet which interest me the most.
Do you get cardioid from it? Up to which freq?
450hz passive. Ok is there a lot of difference between active pllxo and the passive?

The passive is very good, convienient, and makes them possible to sell. I prefer the PLLXO.
The midTweeter is loaded by an apeiodic midTL, little or nothing comes out the back.

Ha Ha, well it is still an option, I probably favour a frequency shaded symmetrical line arrangement of the woofers and I suspect that would appear first as there is another variation on that concept that would only be a baffle change.Nice to see you didn't drop the idea Fluid.
