I've been trying to use the amplifier ta8210ah and I need someone that knows or have used this before to help me. I've been connecting the chip like the datasheet circuit and I've been getting a very low output I do get a sound though but it's very low. Is my amp problematic or I've been missing something?

Mute function acting kinda of weird because if I let the pin open it does sound even if it's low but if I connect it to ground or positive (high) it does not sound. It's muting either way. I got the chip from an old pioneer car radio
It did not but it had other problems too like it had a burnt MCU and some other stuff so I guess the amplifier is gone too.
