It appears I see an IRFB31N20D as an output FET. Those are obsolete Replacements may require adjustments on the driver board.

I bought those igbt but I still have an problem in driver board so if you plz any body have an close pic in order to get transistors number or any pcb

What are you referring to as IGBTs? If the IRFB31N20D is an original part, those are not IGBTs. They are FETs.
Exactly what part number part did you buy? The IRFB31N20D is obsolete and hasn't been available from reputable distributors for several years.

Like eBay and Amazon, parts from AliExpress are suspect and very likely counterfeit. This means that they may or may not be reliable.
