TA1.2000d mono amplifier help 😀

Good morning my friends I just bought this ta1.2000d in this condition and I will try to repair it by myself so if any body can help I just need the MOSFET an igbt number in order to get from store to instal and thanks in advance,😀

Did someone tell you that they used IGBTs in this amp?

It appears I see an IRFB31N20D as an output FET. Those are obsolete Replacements may require adjustments on the driver board.

Do you have any experience repairing car amplifiers?

Yes I have some experience
I bought those igbt but I still have an problem in driver board so if you plz any body have an close pic in order to get transistors number or any pcb

What are you referring to as IGBTs? If the IRFB31N20D is an original part, those are not IGBTs. They are FETs.

Exactly what part number part did you buy? The IRFB31N20D is obsolete and hasn't been available from reputable distributors for several years.

I ordered the irfb31n20d from AliExpress and

But the problem in the driver board now if there is any pcb or transistors used

Like eBay and Amazon, parts from AliExpress are suspect and very likely counterfeit. This means that they may or may not be reliable.

What's wrong with the driver board?

Now many of the original IRFB31N20Ds remain in the amp (or were removed from the amp by you)?

I bought this mono without irfb31n20d so no old ones .in the driver board I have some missing transistors that's why I need to check if all transistor available are in the right spot
