Hi, I'm planning of making a TAS5630 150W per channel amp that has 10uH inductors on the output.
The T106-2 (OD 1.06 in) is crazy big for my design, I would better go with the T80-2 (OD 0.79 in).
Will the T80-2 toroid handle 150W@4OHM and how many turns will I have to make for that core?

You can use Micrometals design software to calculate number of turns for a given inductance for each core, as well as temperature rise as a function of wire diameter, etc.

I use the t106-2 for my 500 watt amp so the smaller one should be fine for 150watts.
I use a couple of meters of 18SWG enamelled copper wire to get about 30uH.
