OK...
Amplifier is fixed...I used Eva's advice and inserted 100uF capacitor in series with 1K that goes from pin 2 to GND (LM311) + I added variable resistor (5K) to offset adj. pins on LM311 (with this I was able to do precise adjustment).So far so good...I am attaching updated schematic here:

I used an XOR gate as a phase splitter to keep the gate delays the same.
More specific:
Low L can be helpful to reduce the dead time distortion. Ok.
A filter with 22uH and 1uF does show just 0.5 db overshoot at the resonance frequency when loaded with 4 Ohms.
If you go for 10uH and 2u2, then you will get 6db overshoot at 4 Ohms load.
